At the same Meeting the States Parties decided, as contained in paragraph 28 of CCW/MSP/2003/3, that " the Chairman-designate shall undertake consultations during the intersessional period on possible options to promote compliance with the Convention and its annexed Protocols, taking into account proposals put forward, and shall submit a report, adopted by consensus, to the States Parties. "
3- وقررت الدول الأطراف، في الاجتماع ذاته، وفقاً لما تضمنته الفقرة 28 من التقرير CCW/MSP/2003/3، أن " يجري الرئيس المختار مشاورات في فترة ما بين الدورات بشأن الخيارات الممكنة لتعزيز الامتثال للاتفاقية والبروتوكولات المرفقة بها، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار الاقتراحات المقدمة، وأن يقدم تقريراً إلى الدول الأطراف معتمداً بتوافق الآراء " .

At the same Meeting the States Parties decided, as contained in paragraph 27 of CCW/MSP/2004/2, that " the Chairperson-designate shall undertake consultations during the intersessional period on possible options to promote compliance with the Convention and its annexed Protocols, taking into account proposals put forward, and shall submit a report, adopted by consensus, to the States Parties. "
3- وفي الاجتماع نفسه، قررت الدول الأطراف، كما ورد في الفقرة 27 من الوثيقة CCW/MSP/2004/2، أن " يجري الرئيس المعيَّن مشاورات في الفترة الفاصلة بين الدورات بشأن الخيارات الممكنة لتعزيز الامتثال للاتفاقية والبروتوكولات المرفقة بها، على أن تؤخذ في الاعتبار الاقتراحات المقدمة، وأن يقدم إلى الدول الأطراف تقريراً معتمداً بتوافق الآراء " .

6- وقرر اجتماع الدول الأطراف، كما ورد في الفقرة 32 من الوثيقة CCW/MSP/2005/2، أن " يجري الرئيس المعيَّن مشاورات خلال فترة ما بين الدورات بشأن الخيارات الممكنة للنهوض بالامتثال للاتفاقية والبروتوكولات المرفقة بها، مع مراعاة الاقتراحات المقدَّمة، وأن يقدم إلى الدول الأطراف تقريراً معتمداً بتوافق الآراء " .
