The Committee notes with appreciation the efforts made by the State party to address unemployment by creating new jobs and by establishing programmes to improve access to the labour market, such as the PAP (projet d'action personnalisé) programme for the unemployed and the TRACE (trajet d'accès à l'emploi) programme, which is especially aimed at young persons.
6- وتلاحظ اللجنة مع التقدير الجهود التي بذلتها الدولة الطرف بغية التصدي للبطالة من خلال استحداث فرص عمل جديدة ووضع برامج لتعزيز الوصول إلى سوق العمل، ومن بينها برنامج " خطة العمل ذات الطابع الشخصي " الذي يستهدف العاطلين عن العمل، وبرنامج " السبيل إلى العمل " الموجه إلى الشباب على وجه الخصوص.

419. While noting with appreciation the efforts made by the State party to implement the principle of respect for the views of the child, the Committee is concerned that traditional societal attitudes appear to limit children's right to freedom of expression in schools, courts or within the family.

The Committee notes with appreciation the efforts made by the State party in hosting an increasing number of asylumseekers among which there is a significant number of children, including the steps taken in cooperation with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in registering asylumseekers and refugees and issuing new identification documents to both asylumseekers and refugees.

685. The Committee notes with appreciation the efforts made by the State party to train personnel working with the various institutions belonging to the National Council on Children and Adolescents on the provisions of the Convention, as well as law enforcement personnel and academics.
