The cycle of violence in the occupied Palestinian territories will never end unless the legitimate rights of the Palestinians are respected. Those rights have been acknowledged by the international community as a whole and are enshrined in many United Nations resolutions and have become legally binding through various international agreements signed by consecutive Israeli Governments with the Palestinian side.

We also call upon Israel to implement the agreements concluded with the Palestinian side in letter and spirit as soon as possible, for delay and siege will create a state of despair in which it becomes impossible to control extremism and prevent it from wreaking havoc on security and stability.

فمحاولة إسرائيل تصوير صراعها مع الجانب الفلسطيني أو حتى مع المجموعات الفلسطينية المتطرفة كجزء من الحرب على الإرهاب الدولي هو عمل كاذب، خاطئ قانونيا وسياسيا، وهو يلحق ضررا شديدا بصلب المعركة.

In this context, Israel must honour all its commitments under the agreements concluded with the Palestinian party so that the Palestinian people may be able to exercise its legitimate rights, establish its independent state on its national soil and realize its aspirations after a life of freedom and dignity like all the peoples and nations of the world.
وفي السياق ذاته فإن على اسرائيل القيام بتنفيــذ كافة التزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقيات المبرمة مع الجانب الفلسطيني حتى يتمكـــــن الشعــب الفلسطيني من ممارسة حقوقه المشروعة وإقامة دولتـــه المستقلة على ترابه الوطني وتحقيق آماله وتطلعاتـه في حياة حرة وكريمة أسوة بكافة دول وشعوب العالم.
