Emergency preparedness workshops and contingency planning consultations were undertaken as a tangible expression of UNHCR's willingness to work with concerned Governments in preparing humanitarian measures in the event of sudden outflows, and to stabilize populations at risk of internal and external displacement.
وتم تنظيم حلقات عمل بشأن التأهب لحالات الطوارئ، ومشاورات بشأن التخطيط في حالات الطوارئ وذلك كتعبير عملي عن استعداد المفوضية للعمل مع الحكومات المعنية في وضع تدابير إنسانية في حالة حدوث تدفقات خارجية مفاجئة، وتأمين استقرار السكان المعرضين للتشريد الداخلي والخارجي.
