22. Requests the Secretary-General to conduct a Technical Assessment Mission on the implementation of the new United Nations mission, in full cooperation with the Federal Government of Somalia, AU, regional bodies and Member States, on the basis of the guiding principles as set out below:
22 - يطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يوفد بعثة تقييم تقني بشأن إنشاء بعثة الأمم المتحدة الجديدة، بالتعاون الكامل مع الحكومة الاتحادية الصومالية والاتحاد الأفريقي والهيئات الإقليمية والدول الأعضاء، وذلك على أساس المبادئ التوجيهية المبينة أدناه:

The Council requested me to urgently field a technical assessment mission, in full cooperation with the Federal Government of Somalia, the African Union, regional bodies and Member States, and on the basis of the guiding principles set out in resolution 2093 (2013), paragraphs 20 to 23, and to revert to the Council with advice by 19 April 2013.
وطلب إليّ المجلس التعجيل بإيفاد بعثة تقييم تقني، بالتعاون الكامل مع الحكومة الاتحادية الصومالية والاتحاد الأفريقي والهيئات الإقليمية والدول الأعضاء، وذلك على أساس المبادئ التوجيهية الواردة في الفقرات 20 إلى 23 من القرار 2093 (2013)، والرجوع إلى المجلس لإسداء المشورة في هذا الشأن بحلول 19 نيسان/أبريل 2013.
