Encourages relevant specialized agencies, United Nations programmes and intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as other professional organizations, to cooperate with the Centre for International Crime Prevention of the Office for Drug Control and Crime Prevention of the Secretariat in the preparations for the Eleventh Congress;
10- تشجع الوكالات المتخصصة ذات الصلة وبرامج الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية وكذلك المنظمات المهنية الأخرى، على التعاون مع المركز المعني بمنع الاجرام الدولي التابع لمكتب مراقبة المخدرات ومنع الجريمة بالأمانة العامة في الأعمال التحضيرية للمؤتمر الحادي عشر؛

Partnerships are sought with the network of institutes and organizations cooperating with the Centre for International Crime Prevention and UNICRI, in particular the Australian Institute of Criminology and the United Nations University, but also with government agencies, local research institutions and individual scholars.
72- ويجري السعي الى اقامة شراكات مع شبكة المعاهد والمنظمات المتعاونة مع المركز المعني بمنع الاجرام الدولي ومعهد اليونيكري، وبخاصة المعهد الأسترالي لعلم الجريمة وجامعة الأمم المتحدة، وكذلك مع الوكالات الحكومية والمؤسسات البحثية المحلية والعلماء الأفراد.

7. Takes note with appreciation of the initiative of the Governments of Canada, France and the Netherlands to convene a conference in collaboration with the Centre for International Crime Prevention on the theme “Putting crime prevention knowledge to work”, to be held in Montreal, Canada, from 3 to 6 October 1999, which will assist in the preparations for the Tenth Congress workshop on community involvement in crime prevention;
٧ - ينوه مع التقدير بمبادرة حكومات كل من فرنسا وكندا وهولندا لعقد مؤتمر بالتعاون مع المركز المعني بمنع الاجرام الدولي حول موضوع " الاستفادة العملية من المعارف الخاصة بمنع الجريمة " ، يعقد في مونتريال في كندا من ٣ إلى ٦ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ٩٩٩١. لكي يقدم المساعدة في التحضيرات لحلقة عمل المؤتمر العاشر المعنية باشراك المجتمع المحلي في منع الجريمة؛
