وينبغي تحديد تلك العلاقة في اتفاق خاص يصاغ في آن واحد مع النظام اﻷساسي وتوافق عليه الدول اﻷطراف في النظام اﻷساسي.

Such procedures as the justice of the case may require and not inconsistent with the Statute may be adopted in such situations.
ويمكن في مثل هذه الحالات اعتماد الاجراءات التي تقتضيها عدالة الدعوى ولا تكون متعارضة مع النظام اﻷساسي.
