(ب) يطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يوفر لممثله كل ما يلزمه من مساعدة وموظفين للاضطلاع بولايته بشكل فعّال، وأن يحرص على أن تعمل الآلية بدعم من المفوضية وبالتعاون الوثيق مع منسق الإغاثة في حالات الطوارئ ومكتب تنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين؛

(b) Requested the Secretary-General and OHCHR to provide the Special Rapporteur with all the assistance and adequate staffing necessary to carry out his or her mandate effectively, and to ensure that the mechanism works in close cooperation with the Emergency Relief Coordinator, with the continued support of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
