11. Invites Member States to work with relevant United Nations organizations to strengthen humanitarian standby capacities, in particular in the area of disaster relief, including, where appropriate, by participating in humanitarian response networks, by contributing to and maintaining the standby directories of the Central Register of Disaster Management Capacities and by facilitating standby arrangements with the private sector;
11 - يدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى العمل مع منظمات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة من أجل تعزيز القدرات الاحتياطية في مجال تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية، وبخاصة في مجال الإغاثة في حالات الكوارث، بطرق تشمل، حسب الاقتضاء، المشاركة في شبكات الاستجابة الإنسانية والمساهمة في وضع الأدلة الاحتياطية للسجل المركزي لقدرات إدارة الكوارث ومواصلة إعداد هذه الأدلة وتسهيل إبرام الترتيبات الاحتياطية مع القطاع الخاص؛

In addition, the Department conducted security training for 21 newly appointed resident coordinators, who serve as designated officials for security, developed the standardized security officer induction and refresher training programmes and collaborated with relevant United Nations organizations to standardize and present emergency trauma bag training.
