Reiterating its serious concern regarding the presence of armed groups and militias in the Eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, particularly in the provinces of North and South Kivu and the Ituri district, which perpetuate a climate of insecurity in the whole region,
وإذ يكرر تأكيد قلقه البالغ إزاء وجود جماعات وميليشيات مسلحة في الجزء الشرقي من جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية، لا سيما في مقاطعتي شمال وجنوب كيفو، ومنطقة إيتوري، مما يديم مناخا ينعدم فيه الأمن في المنطقة بأسرها،

(c) Are in the process of their integration, in the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo outside the provinces of North and South Kivu and the Ituri district;
(ج) بسبيل إتمام عملية اندماجها في أراضي جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية خارج مقاطعتي شمال وجنوب كيفو ومنطقة إيتوري؛

Deeply concerned by the continuation of hostilities in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, particularly in the provinces of North and South Kivu and in the Ituri district, and by the grave violations of human rights and of international humanitarian law that accompany them,
وإذ يشعر ببالغ القلق إزاء استمرار عمليات القتال في الجزء الشرقي من جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية، وبخاصة في مقاطعتي شمال كيفو وجنوب كيفو وفي محافظة إيتوري، وإزاء ما يصاحبها من انتهاكات خطيرة لحقوق الإنسان وللقانون الإنساني الدولي،

2. Requests the Secretary-General to arrange the rapid deployment of additional military capabilities for MONUC in accordance with the recommendation contained in his letter dated 3 September 2004, and, beyond, to deploy as soon as possible in the provinces of North and South Kivu all the brigades and appropriate force enablers;
2 - يطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يرتب النشر السريع لقدرات عسكرية إضافية للبعثة وفقا للتوصية الواردة في رسالته المؤرخة 3 أيلول/سبتمبر 2004، وأن يعمل، علاوة على ذلك، على أن ينشر في أقرب وقت ممكن في مقاطعتي شمال كيفو وجنوب كيفو جميع الألوية وما يلزم من عناصر تمكين القوة؛

3. Decides further that the measures referred to in paragraph 1 above shall not apply to technical training and assistance agreed to by the Government and intended solely for support of units of the army and police of the Democratic Republic of the Congo that are in the process of their integration in the provinces of North and South Kivu and the Ituri district;
3 - يقرر أيضا عدم سريان التدابير المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 أعلاه على عملية التدريب والمساعدة في المجال التقني التي توافق عليها الحكومة ويقتصر الغرض منها على دعم وحدات الجيش والشرطة في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية التي بسبيل إتمام عملية اندماجها في مقاطعتي شمال وجنوب كيفو ومنطقة إيتوري؛
