(هـ) عندما يكون مطلوبا من المسافر، بعد أن يكون قد عمل يوما كاملا، أن يسافر ليلا لاستئناف عمله أو حضور اجتماعات أو تقديم ورقة في مكان آخر في صباح اليوم التالي أو فور وصوله.

(e) Where a traveller, after completing a full day of work, is required, owing to the exigencies of service, to travel through the night in order to resume work and/or attend a high-profile meeting in another location on the following morning or immediately upon arrival, such a case might be deemed as an arduous journey.
(هـ) حينما يتعين على المسافر، بعد الانتهاء من يوم عمل كامل، السفر ليلا بسبب مقتضيات العمل لاستئناف العمل و/أو المشاركة في اجتماع هام في مكان آخر في صباح اليوم التالي أو فور وصوله، يمكن أن تعتبر الرحلة في هذه الحالة من الرحلات الشاقة.
