وأشارت الجمهورية العربية السورية إلى أن إسرائيل، وبعد 47 عاما من الاحتلال، تواصل ممارساتها دون عقاب ودون مراعاة للقانون الدولي ولقرارات الأمم المتحدة، على الرغم من النداءات الدولية المتكررة بإنهاء الاحتلال ووقف ممارساتها القمعية اليومية في الجولان السوري المحتل.

After 48 years of that occupation and despite the demands set out in the United Nations resolutions that it should end its occupation of the Syrian Golan, its unremitting repressive practices and its blatant violations of all international covenants and norms, Israel continues to turn a blind eye to the position of the international community.
وبالرغم من مرور 48 عاما على هذا الاحتلال، ومطالبات قرارات الأمم المتحدة إسرائيل بإنهاء احتلالها للجولان السوري، ووقف ممارساتها القمعية اليومية وانتهاكاتها الصارخة لكل المواثيق والأعراف الدولية، فإن إسرائيل ما زالت غير آبهة بكل هذه المواقف.

13. Also urges the Government of Iraq to respect the rights of all ethnic and religious groups and to cease immediately its repressive practices aimed at the Iraqi Kurds, Assyrians, Turkomen and the population of the southern marsh areas, and to ensure the personal integrity and freedoms of the Shi’a and their religious establishment;
٣١ - تحث أيضا حكومة العراق على احترام حقوق كل الجماعات العرقية والدينية وأن تكف فورا عن ممارساتها القمعية الموجهة ضد اﻷكراد العراقيين، واﻷشوريين، والتركمان، وسكان منطقة اﻷهوار الجنوبية، وأن تكفل السلامة والحريات الشخصية للشيعة ومؤسستهم الدينية؛

4. Calls upon the Security Council to convene an emergency meeting to take the necessary measures under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations to ensure the protection of the lives and property of the inhabitants of the province, and to compel the Serbian authorities to desist from their repressive practices against them and to settle the crisis through peaceful means;
٤ - يُناشد مجلس اﻷمن أن يعقد اجتماعا طارئا من أجل اتخاذ اﻹجراءات اللازمة طبقا ﻷحكام الفصل السابع من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة لكفالة حماية أرواح سكان المقاطعة وممتلكاتهم وأن يُرغم السلطات الصربية على وقف ممارساتها القمعية ضد أولئك السكان وعلى تسوية اﻷزمة بالوسائل السلمية؛

13. Also urges the Government of Iraq to respect the rights of all ethnic and religious groups and to cease immediately its repressive practices aimed at the Iraqi Kurds, Assyrians, Turkomen and the population of the southern marsh areas, and to ensure the personal integrity and freedoms of the Shi’a and their religious establishment;
٣١ - تحث أيضا حكومة العراق على أن تحترم حقوق كل الجماعات العرقية والدينية وأن تكف فورا عن ممارساتها القمعية الموجهة ضد اﻷكراد العراقيين، والآشوريين، والتركمان، وسكان منطقة اﻷهوار في الجنوب، وأن تكفل السلامة والحريات الشخصية للشيعة ومؤسستهم الدينية؛

(c) Immediately cease its repressive practices aimed at the Iraqi Kurds, cooperate in the identification of minefields existing in the northern Kurdish region with a view to facilitating their marking and eventual clearing, and cooperate with international aid agencies in the provision of humanitarian assistance to this region;
)ج( الكف فورا عن ممارساتها القمعية ضد اﻷكراد العراقيين والتعاون في الكشف عن حقول اﻷلغام بهدف تيسير تمييزها بعلامات وتطهيرها في النهاية، والتعاون مع وكالات المعونة الدولية في تقديم المساعدة اﻹنسانية إلى المنطقة الكردية الشمالية؛

Based on its eagerness for the peace process in the Middle East to continue, the State of Bahrain appeals to the international community, particularly to the two sponsors of the peace process and to the States of the European Community, to urge Israel to halt its repressive practices against the Palestinian people, implemented through aggression, expansion and settlement in the Arab territories.
إن دولة البحرين انطلاقا من حرصها الدائم على استمرار عملية السلام في الشرق اﻷوسط، لتناشد المجتمع الدولي، وبصفة خاصة راعي السلام، ودول الاتحاد اﻷوروبي حث إسرائيل على وقف ممارساتها القمعية ضد الشعب الفلسطيني التي تنفذها باﻷساليب والمفاهيم السياسية القائمة على العدوان والتوسع والاستيطان في اﻷراضي العربية.

(h) To cease immediately its repressive practices aimed at the Iraqi Kurds in the north, Assyrians, Shi'a, Turkomen, the population of the southern marsh areas, where drainage projects have provoked environmental destruction and a deterioration of the situation of the civilian population, and other ethnic and religious groups;
)ح( أن تكف فورا عن ممارساتها القمعية الموجهة ضد اﻷكراد العراقيين في الشمال، واﻵشوريين والشيعة والتركمان وسكان منطقة اﻷهوار الجنوبية، حيث أدت مشاريع تجفيف اﻷهوار إلى حدوث دمار بيئي وتدهور لحالة السكان المدنيين والمجموعات العرقية والدينية اﻷخرى؛

The Syrian Arab Republic regretted to note that after 45 years of Israeli occupation and despite repeated requests from the international community for its complete withdrawal from the occupied Syrian Golan, Israel continued to occupy the Golan, pursued daily repressive practices and persisted in its flagrant violations of international law and norms with impunity.
وأعربت الجمهورية العربية السورية عن أسفها أن تلاحظ أن إسرائيل، بعد 45 عاما من احتلالها الجولان السوري، وعلى الرغم من الطلبات المتكررة الموجهة من المجتمع الدولي للانسحاب الكامل من الجولان السوري المحتل، لا تزال إسرائيل تحتل الجولان، ولا تزال تواصل ممارساتها القمعية اليومية وترتكب انتهاكاتها الصارخة للقانون والقواعد الدولية من دون عقاب.

(l) To respect the rights of all ethnic and religious groups and to cease immediately its continuing repressive practices, including the practice of forced deportation and relocation, aimed at the Iraqi Kurds, Assyrians and Turkmen, and to ensure the personal integrity and freedoms of all citizens, including the Shi'ah population;
(ل) أن تحترم حقوق كافة الفئات العرقية والدينية، وأن تكف فورا عن ممارساتها القمعية المستمرة، بما في ذلك عمليات الإبعاد والترحيل القسرية، الموجهة ضد الأكراد والآشوريين والتركمان العراقيين، وأن تكفل السلامة والحريات الشخصية لجميع المواطنين، بمن فيهم السكان المنتمون إلى الطائفة الشيعية؛

)ح( أن تكف فوراً عن ممارساتها القمعية الموجهة ضد اﻷكراد العراقيين في الشمال، واﻵشوريين، والشيعة، والتركمان، وسكان منطقة اﻷهوار الجنوبية، حيث أحدثت مشاريع تجفيف اﻷهوار دماراً بيئياً وأدت إلى تدهور حالة السكان المدنيين والمجموعات العرقية والدينية اﻷخرى؛

4. On 23 June 2011, the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic stated that it regretted to note that, despite repeated requests from the international community for the complete withdrawal of Israel from the Syrian Golan, Israel continued to occupy Golan, pursued daily repressive practices against the population of Golan and persisted in its flagrant violations of international law and norms with impunity.
4 - وفي 23 حزيران/يونيه 2011، ذكرت حكومة الجمهورية العربية السورية أنها تأسف لملاحظة أنه رغم الطلبات المتكررة الصادرة عن المجتمع الدولي بالانسحاب الكامل لإسرائيل من الجولان السوري، ما زالت إسرائيل تواصل ممارساتها القمعية اليومية ضد سكان الجولان وتصر على انتهاكاتها الصارخة للقانون الدولي والمعايير الدولية دون التعرض لعقاب.

(f) Cease immediately its repressive practices aimed at the Iraqi Kurds and other minorities, as well as the population of the southern marsh area, cooperate in the identification of minefields existing throughout Iraq with a view to facilitating their marking and eventual clearing and cooperate with international aid agencies to provide humanitarian assistance in the northern and southern areas of the country;
)و( أن تكف فورا عن ممارساتها القمعية الموجهة ضد اﻷكراد العراقيين واﻷقليات اﻷخرى، فضلا عن سكان منطقة اﻷهوار الجنوبية، وأن تتعاون في الكشف عن حقول اﻷلغام الموجودة في جميع أنحاء العراق بهدف تيسير تمييزها بعلامات وتطهيرها في النهاية، وأن تتعاون مع وكالات المعونة الدولية في تقديم المساعدة الانسانية في المنطقتين الشمالية والجنوبية من البلد؛
