5 - تهيب بالدول الأعضاء الإحجام عن سن أو إنفاذ أي تدابير قسرية من جانب واحد تستخدم كوسيلة للضغط السياسي أو العسكري أو الاقتصادي على أي بلد، وبخاصة على البلدان النامية، مما يمنع تلك البلدان من ممارسة حقها في أن تقرر بإرادتها الحرة طبيعة نظمها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية؛

The Ministers also condemned the continued application by certain countries of extraterritorial measures and legislation, and their imposition of unilateral coercive economic measures against certain developing countries aimed at preventing those countries from exercising their right to determine, with total free will, their own political, economic and social systems.
وأدان الوزراء أيضا استمرار بعض البلدان في تطبيق تدابير وتشريعات خارج نطاق ولاية الإقليم، وفرضها لتدابير اقتصادية قسرية انفرادية على بعض البلدان النامية تهدف إلى منع تلك البلدان من ممارسة حقها في أن تقرر، بحرية كاملة، نظمها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية.

The Government expressed its concern over the continued use of unilateral coercive measures by certain powers as tools of political or economic pressure against any country, particularly against developing countries, with a view to preventing those countries from exercising their right to decide of their own free will, their own political, economic and social systems.
وأعربت الحكومة عن قلقها إزاء استمرار بعض القوى في استخدام التدابير القسرية المتخذة من جانب واحد كأدوات للضغط السياسي أو الاقتصادي على أي بلد، ولا سيما على البلدان النامية، وذلك بهدف منعها من ممارسة حقها في أن تقرر بمحض إرادتها نظمها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية.

Concerned over the implementation of such measures, the Islamic Republic of Iran condemns the continued imposition of economic sanctions by some Powers as tools of political or economic pressure against some developing countries, with a view to preventing those countries from exercising their right to decide, of their own free will, their own political, economic and social systems.
ويساور جمهورية إيران الإسلامية القلق من تنفيذ هذه التدابير، لذلك فهي تدين استمرار فرض الجزاءات الاقتصادية من جانب بعض القوى كأدوات للضغط السياسي أو الاقتصادي ضد بعض البلدان النامية بهدف منعها من ممارسة حقها في أن تقرر، بمحض إرادتها، نظمها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية.

127. The Heads of State or Government condemned the continued unilateral application, by certain powers, of coercive economic and other measures, including the enactment of extra-territorial laws, against a number of developing countries, with a view to preventing these countries from exercising their right to decide, by their own free will, their own political, economic and social systems.
127- وندد رؤساء الدول أو الحكومات بما تفرضه بعض القوى باستمرار من إجراءات اقتصادية تعسفية وغيرها من الإجراءات بشكل انفرادي، بما في ذلك تطبيق القوانين الخارجية على عدد من الدول النامية، بهدف منع هذه الدول من ممارسة حقها في أن تقرر، بمحض إرادتها، أنظمتها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية.
