At those meetings, for which two thirds of the States Parties shall constitute a quorum, the persons elected to the Sub-Committee shall be those who obtain the largest number of votes and an absolute majority of the votes of the representatives of the States Parties present and voting.
وفي تلك الاجتماعات التي يشكل فيها ثلثا الدول الأطراف نصابا قانونيا، يكون الأشخاص المنتخبون في اللجنة الفرعية هم من يحصلون على أكبر عدد من الأصوات وعلى أغلبية مطلقة من أصوات ممثلي الدول الأطراف الحاضرين والمصوتين.

For the purpose of these rules, the phrase " representatives of States Parties present and voting " means representatives of States Parties present and casting an affirmative or negative vote.
لأغراض هذا النظام، تعني عبارة ' ' ممثلي الدول الأطراف الحاضرين والمصوِّتين`` ممثلي الدول الأطراف الحاضرين والذين يدلون بأصواتهم إيجاباً أو سلباً.
