3. The Committee found the credentials of the representatives of the States participating in the Conference to be in good and due form and recommended to the Conference that they be approved.
3- وقد وجدت اللجنة أن وثائق تفويض ممثلي الدول المشتركة في المؤتمر مطابقة للأصول المرعية، وأوصت المؤتمر بأن يقرها.

ينتخب المؤتمر من بين ممثلي الدول المشتركة فيه أعضاء المكتب التالين: رئيس، وأربعة نواب للرئيس.

The credentials of representatives of States participating in the Conference and the names of alternate representatives and advisers shall be submitted to the Secretary-General of UNCTAD, if possible not later than 24 hours after the opening of the Conference.
تُقدم وثائق تفويض ممثلي الدول المشتركة في المؤتمر وأسماء الممثلين المناوبين والمستشارين إلى الأمين العام للأونكتاد في موعد لا يتجاوز، إن أمكن، 24 ساعة بعد افتتاح المؤتمر.

The Committee found the credentials of the representatives of the States participating in the Conference to be in good and due form and recommended to the Conference that they be approved.
3- وقد وجدت اللجنة أن وثائق تفويض ممثلي الدول المشتركة في المؤتمر مطابقة للأصول المرعية، وأوصت المؤتمر بأن يقرها.

The remaining seven officers will include the current Chairmen of the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee and the Legal Subcommittee of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space and five other officers elected by the Conference from among the representatives of the States participating in the Conference on the basis of equitable geographical distribution.
ويضم اﻷعضاء السبعة اﻵخرون في المكتب الرئيسان الحاليان للجنة الفرعية العلمية والتقنية واللجنة الفرعية القانونية التابعتين للجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في اﻷغراض السلمية، وينتخب المؤتمر اﻷعضاء الخمسة اﻵخرين من بين ممثلي الدول المشتركة في المؤتمر على أساس التوزيع الجغرافي العادل.
