والهدف من قوائم القضايا والأسئلة هو تيسير تهيئة الدول الأطراف لإجراء حوار بناء مع اللجنة، وتركيز الحوار مع ممثلي الدول المقدمة للتقارير على هذه القضايا والأسئلة وتحسين كفاءة نظام تقديم التقارير.
