With reference to the letter dated 16 August 2002 addressed to you by the Greek Cypriot representative at the United Nations Office in Geneva, I would like to enclose a copy of the letter of H.E. Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Defence of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
