VIII. RESTORATION OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE former zones of conflict
ثامنا - إعادة اﻹدارة العامة إلى مناطق النزاع السابقة

78. With considerable difficulty, ONUSAL has continued to work with the parties and with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to promote implementation of the various medium-term programmes designed for ex-combatants of the Armed Forces of El Salvador and FMLN, as well as supporters of the latter who became landholders in the former zones of conflict.
٧٨ - واصلت بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في السلفادور العمل بصعوبة ملموسة مع الطرفين وبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة الانمائي من أجل تعزيز تنفيذ شتى البرامج المتوسطة اﻷجل التي تستهدف المقاتلين السابقين التابعين للقوات المسلحة للسلفادور وجبهة فارابوندو مارتي للتحرير الوطني، فضلا عن أنصار تلك الجبهة الذين أصبحوا حائزين ﻷراض في مناطق النزاع السابقة.
