In the period of just three days since my last letter to you, the occupying forces have killed dozens more Palestinians, including a young boy killed in front of his home and a deaf mute killed while standing on his balcony.
وفي الفترة التي انقضت منذ آخر رسالة وجهتها إليكم، والتي لا تتعدى ثلاثة أيام، قامت قوات الاحتلال بقتل عشرات من الفلسطينيين، ومنهم صبي قتل أمام منزله وشخص أصم وأبكم قتل أثناء وقوفه في شرفة منزله.

since my last letter to you on 18 January 2006, the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, has witnessed significant political developments, namely the conclusion of democratic and transparent elections.
منذ آخر رسالة وجهتها إليكم في 18 كانون الثاني/يناير 2006، شهدت الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية، تطورات سياسية هامة تمثلت في إجراء انتخابات ديمقراطية شفافة.

In the period of just two days since my last letter to you, the occupying forces have killed at least two more Palestinian civilians, including a 15-year-old boy, and wounded dozens of others, including a mother and her 6-month-old baby.
فقد قتلت قوات الاحتلال في فترة يومين فقط منذ آخر رسالة وجهتها إليكم، ما لا يقل عن اثنين آخرين من المدنيين الفلسطينيين، أحدهما يبلغ من العمر 15 عاما، وأصابت بجراح عشرات آخرين، بمن فيهم أم ورضيعها البالغ من العمر 6 أشهر.

Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my regret to inform you that, since our last letter to you, the Israeli occupying forces have killed at least 24 Palestinians, including children, raising the total number of Palestinian martyrs to 2,203. (The names of the martyrs that have been identified thus far are contained in the annex to the present letter.)
وبناء عليه، وإلحاقا بالرسائل المشار إليها أعلاه، يؤسفني أن أبلغكم بأنه منذ آخر رسالة وجهتها إليكم، قتلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ما لا يقل عن 24 فلسطينيا، من بينهم أطفال، بما يصل بمجموع عدد الشهداء الفلسطينيين إلى 203 2 شهداء (ترد في مرفق هذه الرسالة أسماء الشهداء الذين أمكن تحديد هويتهم حتى الآن).

Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, I regret to inform you that, since our last letter to you, at least 14 Palestinians, including children, have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 2,895 Palestinians. In this regard, it is my regret to inform you that, since my letter to you just two days ago, the Israeli occupying forces have killed at least seven more Palestinians.

In follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my profound regret to inform you that, since my last letter to you two days ago, at least 12 more Palestinian civilians have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 4,611 people. وتعقيبا على الرسائل المذكورة أعلاه، يُؤسفني أشد الأسف أن أبلغكم بأن 12 مدنيا فلسطينيا على الأقل قُتلوا على أيدي قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية منذ آخر رسالة وجهتها إليكم منذ يومين، فارتفع عدد الشهداء المقتولين منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 611 4 شخصا. Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my deepest regret to inform you that, since my last letter to you, at least 25 more Palestinians, including several children, have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 3,048 Palestinians.
