وإذ يأسف لعدم إعادة السودان وجنوب السودان نشر قواتهما الأمنية من منطقة أبيي وفقا لاتفاقهما المبرم في 20 حزيران/يونيه 2011 وللقرار 1990 (2011)،

Affirming the importance of voluntary, safe, orderly return and sustainable reintegration of displaced persons, and of peaceful and orderly migration cycles respecting the traditional migratory routes from Sudan to South Sudan through Abyei, and urging UNISFA to take measures as necessary to ensure security in the Abyei Area in accordance with its mandate,
وإذ يؤكد أهمية عودة النازحين إلى ديارهم عودة طوعية ومأمونة ومنظمة، وإعادة إدماجهم على نحو مستدام، وأهمية أن تمر مواسم الهجرة في جو من السلامة والنظام في إطار احترام الطرق التقليدية للهجرة من السودان إلى جنوب السودان عبر أبيي، وإذ يحث القوة الأمنية المؤقتة لأبيي على اتخاذ ما يلزم من تدابير لضمان الأمن في منطقة أبيي وفقا للولاية المنوطة بها،
