99. At the same meeting, following the statements made by the representatives of Côte d'Ivoire, Papua New Guinea, Antigua and Barbuda and Venezuela, the Committee adopted the draft report of the Caribbean Regional Seminar and decided to annex it to its report to the General Assembly.
99 - وفي الجلسة نفسها، وعقب بيانات أدلى بها ممثلو كوت ديفوار، وبابوا غينيا الجديدة، وأنتيغوا وبربودا، وفنزويلا، اعتمدت اللجنة مشروع تقرير حلقة منطقة البحر الكاريبي الدراسية الإقليمية وقررت أن ترفقه بالتقرير الذي ستقدمه إلى الجمعية العامة.

44. The representative of the Mayor of Pitcairn participated as an expert to the Caribbean Regional Seminar on decolonization, held at The Valley, Anguilla, from 20 to 22 May 2003.
44 - وشارك ممثل عمدة بيتكيرن في حلقة منطقة البحر الكاريبي الدراسية الإقليمية بشأن إزالة الاستعمار التي عقدت في ذي فالّي (The Valley)، أنغيلا، في الفترة الممتدة بين 20 و 22 أيار/مايو 2003.

In particular it welcomed the convening of the Caribbean Regional Seminar on Advancing the Decolonization Process in the Caribbean and Bermuda, held in Anguilla, a Non-Self-Governing Territory, in May 2003.
وأضاف أن وفده يرحب بشكل خاص بانعقاد حلقة منطقة البحر الكاريبي الدراسية الإقليمية المعنية بالنهوض بعملية إنهاء الاستعمار في منطقة البحر الكاريبي وبرمودا المعقودة في أنغيلا، وهي إقليم غير متمتع بالحكم الذاتي في شهر أيار/مايو 2003.

61. In the report of the Caribbean Regional Seminar on Advancing the Decolonization Process in the Caribbean and Bermuda (see A/58/23, chap. II, annex), the participants noted with concern that some measures of the Nouméa Accord had still not been implemented.
61 - وفي تقرير حلقة منطقة البحر الكاريبي الدراسية الإقليمية المعنية بالنهوض بعملية إنهاء الاستعمار في منطقة البحر الكاريبي وبرمودا (A/58/23، الفصل الثاني، المرفق)، لاحظ المشاركون مع القلق أن بعض التدابير الواردة في اتفاق نوميا لم تُنفّذ بعد.

94. The Special Committee considered the questions of the Second International Decade for the Eradication of Colonialism and the Caribbean Regional Seminar on Advancing the Decolonization Process in the Caribbean and Bermuda, held at The Valley, Anguilla, from 20 to 22 May 2003, at its 1st, 2nd and 9th meetings, on 12 February, 11 April and 18 June 2003.
94 - وفي جلساتها الأولى والثانية والتاسعة، المعقودة في 12 شباط/فبراير ، و 11 نيسان/ أبريل و 18 حزيران/يونيه 2003، نظرت اللجنة الخاصة في مسألتي العقد الدولي الثاني للقضاء على الاستعمار وحلقة منطقة البحر الكاريبي الدراسية الإقليمية المعنية بالنهوض بعملية إنهاء الاستعمار في منطقة البحر الكاريبي وبرمودا، والمعقودة في نادي، فيجي، في الفترة من 20 إلى 22 أيار/مايو 2003.

During the Caribbean Regional Seminar, held in Anguilla from 20 to 22 May 2003, the representative of Pitcairn noted that the procedures being followed by the United Kingdom Government in the unfolding court case were seen to be socially divisive and could destroy the community through the loss of manpower.8 V. وأثناء حلقة منطقة البحر الكاريبي الدراسية الإقليمية التي عقدت في أنغيلا في الفترة الممتدة بين 20 و 22 أيار/مايو 2003، أشار ممثل بيتكيرن إلى أن الإجراءات التي تتّبعها حكومة المملكة المتحدة في القضية التي تتناولها المحكمة تتسبب بانقسامات اجتماعية وقد تدمّر النسيج الاجتماعي عن طريق خسارة اليد العاملة().
