Pursuant to the relevant decisions of the Conference of the Parties, and the deliberations of the Bureau of the Committee for the Review of Implementation of the Convention, civil society organizations accredited to the Conference of the Parties submitted reports to the ninth session of the Committee for the Review of Implementation of the Convention.
عملاً بالمقررات ذات الصلة الصادرة عن مؤتمر الأطراف ووفقاً للمداولات التي أجراها مكتب لجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية، قدمت منظمات المجتمع المدني المعتمدة لدى مؤتمر الأطراف تقارير إلى الدورة التاسعة للجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

The decision further specified that the IWG would consist of 14 members, comprising the President of the COP, the Chair of the Committee for the Review of the Implementation of the Convention (CRIC), the Chair of the Committee on Science and Technology (CST), two members from each of the five regional groups, and one representative for civil society organizations accredited to the COP.
ونص المقرر كذلك على أن يتألف الفريق المخصص العامل بين الدورات من 14 عضواً، يضم رئيس مؤتمر الأطراف، ورئيس لجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية، ورئيس لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا، وعضوين اثنين عن كل مجموعة من المجموعات الإقليمية الخمس، وممثلا واحدا عن منظمات المجتمع المدني المعتمدة لدى مؤتمر الأطراف.

40. Pursuant to decision 11/COP.9, a half-day meeting is planned for 17 April 2013 for the open-dialogue session between representatives of the civil society organizations accredited to the COP and representatives of country Parties and other observers.
40- عملاً بالمقرر 11/م أ-9()، من المزمع أن تُعقد في 17 نيسان/أبريل 2013 جلسة حوار مفتوح تدوم نصف يوم بين ممثلي منظمات المجتمع المدني المعتمدة لدى مؤتمر الأطراف وممثلي البلدان الأطراف والجهات المراقبة الأخرى.

2. Decides also that the civil society organizations accredited to the Conference of the Parties shall submit a report to the secretariat, with a copy to the national focal point, every five years on their activities and on contributions made to the implementation of the Convention;
2- يقرر أيضاً أن تقدم منظمات المجتمع المدني المعتمدة لدى مؤتمر الأطراف إلى الأمانة كل خمس سنوات تقريراً عن أنشطتها والمساهمات التي قدمتها تنفيذاً للاتفاقية وأن تقدم نسخة من التقرير إلى جهة التنسيق الوطنية؛

The Board further decided that the civil society organizations accredited to the Board's 2008 and 2009 hearings with civil society organizations would be able to participate in the public meetings of the Board in September 2010.
وقرر المجلس كذلك تمكين منظمات المجتمع المدني المعتمدة لدى المجلس للمشاركة في جلستي الاستماع مع منظمات المجتمع المدني لعامي 2008 و2009 من المشاركة في الجلسات العامة التي سيعقدها المجلس في أيلول/سبتمبر 2010.

Pursuant to the relevant decisions of the Conference of the Parties (COP) on the expected inputs from civil society to the reporting and review process, and the deliberations of the Bureau of the Committee for the Review of Implementation of the Convention (CRIC), the civil society organizations accredited to the COP were invited to submit reports to the ninth session of the CRIC (CRIC 9).
1- عملاً بالمقررات ذات الصلة الصادرة عن مؤتمر الأطراف فيما يتعلق بالمدخلات المتوقعة من المجتمع المدني في عملية الإبلاغ والاستعراض()، ووفقاً لمداولات مكتب لجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية (اللجنة)، دعيت منظمات المجتمع المدني المعتمدة لدى مؤتمر الأطراف إلى تقديم تقارير إلى الدورة التاسعة للجنة.

Requested the Secretariat, in consultation with the CSOs accredited to the Conference of the Parties (COP), to prepare draft reporting guidelines for CSOs coherent to and consistent with the guidelines being devised for the other reporting entities, for consideration at CRIC 9 and recommendations to COP 10;
(أ) مطالبة الأمانة العامة، بالتشاور مع منظمات المجتمع المدني المعتمدة لدى مؤتمر الأطراف، لإعداد صياغة للمبادئ التوجيهية الخاصة برفع التقارير لمنظمات المجتمع المدني بحيث تكون متسقة ومتناسقة مع المبادئ التوجيهية المحددة للكيانات المبلغة الأخرى، للنظر فيها في CRIC.9 وتقديم توصيات إلى COP.10.
