٥ - وقد يجري لاحقا ضم عدد إضافي من منظمات اﻷمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة التي تستخدم خدمات المكتب، أو قد تدعى تلك المنظمات والوكالات بصفة خاصة إلى الاشتراك في المناقشات التي تجرى بشأن المواضيع التي قد تهمها.

13. On 5 June 1996, the Assistant Secretary-General for Human Rights wrote to United Nations organizations and specialized agencies and other relevant United Nations departments and committees as well as interested intergovernmental organizations, enclosing a questionnaire on existing mechanisms, procedures and programmes within the United Nations concerning indigenous people (see annex I to the present report).
