وفي ضوء المزاعم وردود الحكومة عليها، دعت اللجنة مجلس إدارة منظمة العمل الدولية إلى الموافقة على التوصيتين التاليتين:

15. Invites the International Labour Organization to continue to assist States, as appropriate and upon request, in the strengthening of their social protection strategies and policies on extending social security coverage;
15 - يدعو منظمة العمل الدولية إلى مواصلة تقديم المساعدة إلى الدول، حسب الاقتضاء وعند الطلب، في تعزيز استراتيجياتها للحماية الاجتماعية وسياساتها المتعلقة بتوسيع نطاق تغطية الضمان الاجتماعي؛
