15- تطلب إلى مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تزوّد المقرر الخاص بكل ما يحتاج إليه من مساعدة ودعم في سبيل الوفاء بولايته، بطرق تشمل التشجيع على التعاون بينه وبين غيره من الجهات في منظومة الأمم المتحدة التي تعنى بمكافحة الأنشطة المتصلة بالمرتزقة؛
