3 - حبس أو احتجاز الأشخاص كرهائن بقصد التأثير على السلطات العامة في أدائها لأعمالها أو التأثير على ذوي الرهائن بقصد الحصول على منفعة أو مزية من أي نوع.

46. Subparagraphs 1 (a) and 1 (b) establish two conditions for a party to exercise the right to withdraw: to notify the other party as soon as possible and not to have used or received any material benefit or value from the goods or services, if any, received from the other party.
46- تضع الفقرتان الفرعيتان 1(أ) و 1(ب) شرطين لممارسة طرف حق السحب هما: ضرورة إبلاغ الطرف الآخر بالخطأ في أقرب وقت ممكن، وعدم استخدام ما قد يكون الشخص تسلمه من سلع أو خدمات من الطرف الآخر أو عدم حصوله منها على أي منفعة أو قيمة مادية.
