ولقد تحققت اللجنة، حسبما هو مطلوب منها بموجب الفقرة ٥ )أ( من المادة ٢٢ من الاتفاقية، من أن المسألة نفسها لم يجر بحثها ولا يجري بحثها بموجب أي إجراء من إجراءات التحقيق أو التسوية الدولية.
