III. Enhancing the coordinating functions of central authorities designated under article 18, paragraph 13, of the Organized Crime Convention
ثالثاً- تعزيز وظائف التنسيق لدى السلطات المركزية المعيَّنة بمقتضى الفقرة 13 من المادة 18 من اتفاقية الجريمة المنظَّمة

Under article 18, paragraph 17, of the Organized Crime Convention and article 46, paragraph 17, of the Convention against Corruption, a request should be executed in accordance with the domestic law of the requested State.
وبمقتضى الفقرة 17 من المادة 18 من اتفاقية الجريمة المنظمة والفقرة 17 من المادة 46 من اتفاقية منع الفساد، ينبغي تنفيذ أي طلب وفقاً للقانون المحلي للدولة متلقية الطلب.
