إن حكومة موريشيوس، وقد نظرت في اتفاقية حقوق الطفل، تنضم إليها بموجب هذا مع تحفظها الصريح على المادة 22 من الاتفاقية المذكورة.

إن حكومة موريشيوس، وقد نظرت في اتفاقية حقوق الطفل، تنضم إليها بموجب هذا مع تحفظها الصريح على المادة ٢٢ من الاتفاقية المذكورة.

The Government of Finland considers that in their present formulation these reservations made by the Republic of Singapore are incompatible with the object and purpose of the said Convention and therefore, inadmissible under article 51, paragraph 2, of the said Convention.
وتعتبر حكومة فنلندا أن هذه التحفظات التي أبدتها حكومة سنغافورة، بصيغتها الراهنة لا تتمشى مع هدف وغرض الاتفاقية المذكورة وهي غير مقبولة بالتالي بموجب الفقرة ٢ من المادة ١٥ من الاتفاقية المذكورة.

There was also a proposal that the texts of paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 6 of that Convention should replace the text of the current paragraph 1 in its entirety.
وورد أيضــا اقتراح بأن يستعاض عــن نص الفقــرة ١ الحالية بكاملها بنص الفقرتين ١ و ٢ من المادة ٦ من الاتفاقية المذكورة.

Its relevance to article 4 of that Convention is noted in the article itself.
وصلة هذا الحق بالمادة 4 من الاتفاقية المذكورة مبَيَّنة في المادة نفسها.

Under the contract it was agreed that, if needed, the L/C could be extended, and therefore the buyer, if wanting to avoid the contract under article 49 CISG, would first have had to grant an additional time for delivery in accordance with article 47 CISG.
وقد تم الاتفاق، بمقتضى العقد، على أنه يمكن تمديد موعد كتاب الاعتماد، إذا لزم ذلك، ومن ثم فإن المشتري إذا ما أراد فسخ العقد بمقتضى المادة 49 من اتفاقية البيع سوف يكون لزاماً عليه أولاً أن يمنح البائع فترة إضافية لتسليم البضائع وفقاً للمادة 47 من الاتفاقية المذكورة.

This is without prejudice to Syria's right to maintain its reservations to the provisions of article 14 of the aforesaid Convention, which refer to religion, and of articles 20 and 21 which refer to adoption, these provisions being incompatible with the precepts of the Islamic Shariah, the provisions of the Syrian Personal Status Code, and prevailing Syrian law.

The out-of-context invocation of article 2 of the said Convention and the norms of international humanitarian law runs counter to the elementary rules of the interpretation of the Convention and the norms.
فالتذرع بالمادة ٢ من الاتفاقية المذكورة وبمبادئ القانون اﻹنساني الدولي يتعارض مع القواعد اﻷولية لتفسير الاتفاقية والمبادئ.

Refugees enjoyed special protection in that regard since the provisions of the Danish Aliens Act concerning non—refoulement went beyond the provisions of article 33 of the Geneva Convention of 1954 in that they did not include the reservation formulated in article 33, paragraph 2, of that Convention.

The court stated that art. 57 (1) CISG sets out the general rule whereby the buyer has to pay the seller at the place of business of the latter.
وبيّنت المحكمة أن المادة 57 (1) من الاتفاقية المذكورة تحدّد القاعدة العامة التي يتعيّن بموجبها على المشتري أن يدفع الثمن للبائع في مكان عمل البائع.
