65. The Committee urges the State party to fulfil its obligations under article 34 of the Convention, and to develop, as a matter of priority, a systematic response to reports of sexual abuse and exploitation.
65- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على الوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب المادة 34 من الاتفاقية وعلى المبادرة، على سبيل الأولوية، إلى بلورة استجابة منهجية إزاء ما يردها من تقارير عن حوادث اعتداء واستغلال جنسيين.

It also encourages the State party to ensure that adoption is carried out in conformity with article 21 of the Convention and to ratify the Hague Convention on the Protection of Children and Cooperation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption of 1993.
وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف أيضاً على كفالة سير عمليات التبني وفقاً للمادة 21 من الاتفاقية وعلى التصديق على اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني على الصعيد الدولي لعام 1993.

١١٢ - أعربت اللجنة عن شكرها لحكومة اﻷرجنتين على تقديمها تقريرها الدوري الثاني خلال الفترة الزمنية المنصوص عليها في المادة ١٩ من الاتفاقية وعلى ما قدمه ممثل الدولة الطرف من معلومات وإيضاحات.

The programme of work for the biennium 2008 - 2009, based on the functions of the Secretariat indicated in Article 20 of the Convention and on the decisions taken by Conference at its first and second meetings, covers the following activities:
8 - يغطي برنامج العمل لفترة السنتين 2008 - 2009، الذي يستند إلى وظائف الأمانة المبينة في المادة 20 من الاتفاقية وعلى المقررات التي اتخذها مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعيه الأول والثاني، الأنشطة التالية:

25. The Committee urges the State party to enhance its compliance with article 10 of the Convention and raise awareness of the importance of education as a human right and basis for the empowerment of women.
25 - وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تعزيز امتثالها للمادة 10 من الاتفاقية وعلى زيادة الوعي بأهمية التعليم كحق من حقوق الإنسان وكأساس لتمكين المرأة.

But it was again noted that the Convention community must respond to appeals for technical or other assistance, in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 5 of the Convention and as committed to in NAP Actions #13 and #14.
