وقد شارك في حلقة العمل اثنان وثلاثون معلما من ذوي المستويات اﻷكاديمية من البلدان الافريقية الذين سبق أن حضروا الدورات التدريبية التي أقيمت بين عامي ٠٩٩١ و ٦٩٩١، وكانت الخبرات التي اكتسبوها إما في اعتماد التثقيف في مجال الاستشعار عن بعد في بلدانهم أو تعزيزه هي احدى الاسهامات الرئيسية في النتيجة النهائية التي توصلت اليها عملية التقييم هذه.
