وإذ يشير إلى مسؤوليات الدول عن وضع حد للإفلات من العقاب ومحاكمة المسؤولين عن الإبادة الجماعية والجرائم ضد الإنسانية وجرائم الحرب وغير ذلك من الجرائم الشنيعة المرتكبة ضد الأطفال،

The Council stresses further that the fight against impunity and to ensure accountability for genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and other egregious crimes perpetrated against children has been strengthened through the work on and prosecution of these crimes in the international criminal justice system, ad hoc and mixed tribunals as well as specialized chambers in national tribunals.
ويؤكد المجلس كذلك أن عملية مكافحة الإفلات من العقاب وكفالة المحاسبة على الإبادة الجماعية والجرائم المرتكبة ضد الإنسانية وجرائم الحرب وغيرها من الجرائم الشنيعة المرتكبة ضد الأطفال قد تعززت بفضل العمل الذي يجري بشأن هذه الجرائم والمحاكمة عليها في إطار النظام الدولي للعدالة الجنائية والمحاكم المخصصة والمختلطة والدوائر المتخصصة في المحاكم الوطنية.

The resolution emphasizes the responsibility of all States to put an end to impunity and to investigate and prosecute those responsible for genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and other egregious crimes perpetrated against children and highlights in this regard the contribution of the International Criminal Court, in accordance with the principle of complementarity to national criminal jurisdictions as set out in the Rome Statute.
ويؤكد على مسؤولية جميع الدول عن وضع حد للإفلات من العقاب على جرائم الإبادة الجماعية والجرائم المرتكبة ضد الإنسانية وجرائم الحرب وغيرها من الجرائم الشنيعة المرتكبة ضد الأطفال والتحقيق في تلك الجرائم ومحاكمة المسؤولين عنها، ويسلط الضوء في هذا الصدد على المساهمة التي تقدمها المحكمة الجنائية الدولية، وفقا لمبدأ التكامل مع الاختصاصات الجنائية الوطنية المنصوص عليه في نظام روما الأساسي.

11. Stresses the need to exclude genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and other egregious crimes perpetrated against children from amnesty laws and other similar provisions and strongly encourages concerned States to establish a vetting mechanism to ensure that those responsible for such crimes are not included in the ranks of the army or other security forces;
11 - يشدد على ضرورة استثناء الإبادة الجماعية والجرائم المرتكبة ضد الإنسانية وجرائم الحرب وغيرها من الجرائم الشنيعة المرتكبة ضد الأطفال من قوانين العفو العام وغيرها من الأحكام المماثلة، ويشجع بشدة الدول المعنية على وضع آلية للفرز تكفل عدم ضم المسؤولين عن ارتكاب تلك الجرائم إلى صفوف الجيش أو غيره من قوات الأمن؛

12. Emphasizes the responsibility of all States to put an end to impunity and to investigate and prosecute those responsible for genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and other egregious crimes perpetrated against children and highlights in this regard the contribution of the International Criminal Court, in accordance with the principle of complementarity to national criminal jurisdictions as set out in the Rome Statute;
