3. 3. An application for approval of a plan of work for exploration by a State or a State enterprise shall include a statement by the State or the sponsoring State certifying that the applicant has the necessary financial resources to meet the estimated costs of the proposed plan of work for exploration.
3 - يتضمن الطلب المقدم من دولة أو من مؤسسة حكومية، للحصول على الموافقة على خطة عمل للاستكشاف، بيانا من الدولة أو من الدولة المزكية يشهد بأن لدى مقدم الطلب الموارد المالية اللازمة لتغطية التكاليف التقديرية لخطة العمل المقترحة للاستكشاف.

(iv) If the application is submitted by a State or a state enterprise, other than an entity referred to in resolution II, paragraph 1 (a) (ii) or (iii), does it include a statement by the State or by the sponsoring State certifying that the applicant has the necessary financial resources to meet the estimated costs of the proposed plan of work for exploration (regulation 12 (4))?
' 4` إذا قدمت الطلب دولة أو مؤسسة حكومية غير الكيان المشار إليه في الفقرة 1 (أ) (2) أو (3) من القرار الثاني، فهل يتضمن الطلب بيانا من الدولة أو من الدولة المزكية يشهد بأن لدى مقدم الطلب الموارد المالية اللازمة لتغطية التكاليف التقديرية لخطة العمل المقترحة المتعلقة بالاستكشاف (المادة 12 (4))؟

(iii) If the application is submitted by a State or a State enterprise, does it include a statement by the State or the sponsoring State certifying that the applicant has the necessary financial resources to meet the estimated costs of the proposed plan of work for exploration (regulation 13 (3))?
