These costs (up to $ 1,084,000 and $1,119,000 in 2007 and 2008 respectively for a total of $2,197,000) will be provided from the voluntary Special Trust Fund (appendix III).

The costs of participants' travel to the fourth meeting of the Conference of the Parties will be met from the voluntary Special Trust Fund (appendix III). Based on the costs of the second meeting of the Conference of the Parties and the increase in the number of Parties to the Convention since that time, the cost estimate is $500,000.
