The Protocol's control measures therefore require the Party to reduce CFC consumption to no greater than 87.2 ODP-tonnes in each of the years 2007 - 2009.

The national phaseout plan agreed between Bangladesh and the Executive Committee imposes more stringent consumption restrictions, requiring the Party to reduce its CFC consumption in no greater than 87.1 ODP-tonnes in 2007, 71.0 ODPtonnes in 2008 and 53.0 ODPtonnes in 2009.
وتفرض خطة التخلص التدريجي التي اتفقت عليها بنغلاديش واللجنة التنفيذية قيوداً أكثر صرامة على الاستهلاك، حيث تقتضي من الطرف أن يخفّض استهلاكه من مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية إلى مستوى لا يتجاوز 87.1 طن بدالة استنفاد الأوزون في عام 2007 و71 طناً في عام 2008 و 53 طناً في عام 2009.

That correspondence had also requested the Party to explain the apparent inconsistency between the CFC phase-out schedule contained in the agreement and decision XV/34.
