8.3 The Committee takes note of the author's claims under articles 7 and 10, paragraph 1, of the Covenant about inhuman conditions of detention and the physical abuse and psychological pressure to which he was allegedly subjected while serving his conviction in the Enakievskaya correctional facility.
8-3 وتحيط اللجنة علماً بادعاءات صاحب البلاغ في إطار المادة 7 والفقرة 1 من المادة 10 من العهد بشأن ظروف احتجازه اللاإنسانية، والاعتداء الجسدي والضغط النفسي الذي تعرض له، كما زعم، وقت إمضائه العقوبة في إصلاحية إناكييفسكايا.

There are also violations of the relevant international standards as contained in article 10 the UDHR and in article 14 of the Covenant relating to the right to a fair trial of such gravity as to confer on the detention an arbitrary character.
34- وانتُهكت كذلك القواعد الدولية ذات الصلة المنصوص عليها في المادة 10 من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وفي المادة 14 من العهد بشأن الحق في محاكمة عادلة، وهي انتهاكات يمكن أن تبلغ درجة من الخطورة بحيث تضفي على الحرمان من الحرية طابعاً تعسفياً.

8.4 On the basis of the information at its disposal, the Committee concludes that keeping the author in captivity without allowing any contact with his family and the outside world, subjecting him to acts of torture and ill-treatment on four consecutive nights and his conditions of detention amount to a violation of article 7 of the Covenant with respect to each one of the author's claims.
