In its resolution 2004/60, the Council requested the Ad Hoc Advisory Group on Burundi to continue to follow closely the humanitarian situation and economic and social conditions, to examine the transition from relief to development in Burundi and the way in which the international community supported the process and to report to the Council thereon.
طلب المجلس، في قراره 2004/60، إلى الفريق الاستشاري المخصص المعني ببوروندي أن يواصل متابعة الحالة الإنسانية والأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية عن كثب، وأن يدرس مسألة الانتقال من الغوث إلى التنمية في بوروندي وطريقة دعم المجتمع الدولي للعملية وأن يقدم تقريرا، إلى المجلس عن ذلك.

405. Satisfaction was expressed with regard to the significant role played by the Office in mitigating the Chernobyl disaster and the initiative by the Office to establish the International Chernobyl Research and Information Network, which will assist in facilitating the transition from relief to development in the States affected by the Chernobyl disaster.
405 - وأعرب عن الارتياح إزاء الدور الكبير الذي قام به المكتب في التخفيف من حدة كارثة تشيرنوبيل والمبادرة التي اتخذها لإنشاء الشبكة الدولية للبحوث والمعلومات المتعلقة بتشيرنوبيل، والتي ستسهم في تيسير الانتقال من الغوث إلى التنمية في الدول التي تأثرت بكارثة تشيرنوبيل.

405. In its resolution 2004/60 of 23 July 2004, the Council requested the Group to continue to follow closely the humanitarian situation and economic and social conditions, to examine the transition from relief to development in Burundi and the way in which the international community supports the process and to report, as appropriate, to the Council at its organizational session in 2005.
وقد طلب المجلس في قراره 2004/60 المؤرخ 23 تموز/ يوليه 2004، إلى الفريق أن يواصل متابعة الحالة الإنسانية والأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية عن كثب، وأن يدرس مسألة الانتقال من الغوث إلى التنمية في بوروندي، والطريقة التي يقوم فيها المجتمع الدولي بدعم العملية وأن يقدم تقريرا، إذا اقتضى الأمر، إلى المجلس في دورته التنظيمية لعام 2005.

As the follow-up mechanism to donor commitments is in place in Burundi, it is envisaged that the Ad Hoc Advisory Group would undertake a four-day mission to Bujumbura to assess, inter alia, the humanitarian situation and economic and social conditions, as well as the transition from relief to development in Burundi and to report on the progress to the Council at its organizational session in 2005.

353. The Heads of State or Government reiterated the Movement's concern over the lack of adequate resources for responding to and addressing humanitarian emergencies in a uniform manner across the globe without favouritism and double standards and, more specifically, the process of transition from relief to development and regretted the persistent trend of low and uneven funding for humanitarian assistance.

7. In implementing the terms of resolution 2004/59, consideration would also be given to the provisions of resolution 2004/60, in which the Council requested the Ad Hoc Advisory Group on Burundi to follow closely the humanitarian, economic and social conditions in Burundi and to examine the transition from relief to development and the way in which the international community has supported the process.
7 - ولدى تنفيذ القرار 2004/59، ستراعى أيضا أحكام القرار 2004/60، الذي طلب فيه المجلس إلى الفريق الاستشاري المخصص المعني ببوروندي أن يواصل متابعة الحالة الإنسانية والأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية عن كثب، وأن يدرس مسألة الانتقال من الغوث إلى التنمية في بوروندي والطريقة التي يقوم بها المجتمع الدولي بدعم العملية.

3.
