The Commission was also informed that the Secretariat had facilitated consultations between experts from Working Group III (Transport Law) and experts from Working Group II (Arbitration and Conciliation) and that a common understanding had been reached that accommodated the needs and general approach of both working groups regarding the provisions on arbitration in the draft Convention.
وأُبلغت اللجنة أيضا بأنّ الأمانة يسّرت التشاور بين خبراء من الفريق العامل الثالث (المعني بقانون النقل) وخبراء من الفريق العامل الثاني (المعني بالتحكيم والتوفيق)، وأنه تم التوصل إلى فهم مشترك يراعي احتياجات كلا الفريقين ونهجهما العام بشأن الأحكام المتعلقة بالتحكيم في مشروع الاتفاقية.

1. The present document was prepared in accordance with INCD decision 7/8, which requested the Secretariat to prepare, for the eighth session, a draft decision of the Conference of the Parties on communication of information and review of implementation based on document A/AC.241/39, on comments and suggestions in Working Group II and on contributions received in writing.
١- أعدت هذه الوثيقة وفقاً لمقرر لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية ٧/٨ الذي طُلب فيه الى اﻷمانة أن تعد، من أجل الدورة الثامنة، مشروع مقرر لمؤتمر اﻷطراف بشأن تبليغ المعلومات واستعراض التنفيذ استناداً الى الوثيقة A/AC.241/39، والى التعليقات والاقتراحات المقدمة من الفريق العامل الثاني والى الاسهامات الواردة خطياً.
