11- وعملاً بالمادة 36 من مشروع النظام الداخلي، تقوم لجنة الصياغة بتنسيق وتحرير كل النصوص المحالة إليها من المؤتمر أو من لجنة رئيسية دون تعديل جوهر النصوص، وتقدم تقريراً إلى المؤتمر أو اللجنة الرئيسية حسب الاقتضاء.

With regard to the mandate for the revision of the self-assessment checklist, one State specified that the draft should be prepared by the secretariat with the authorization of the Conference or the Group on the basis of consultations with States parties and should be finalized, considered and adopted at the next session of the Conference.
١٦- وفيما يتعلق بالتكليف بتنقيح قائمة التقييم الذاتي المرجعية، ذكرت إحدى الدول أنه ينبغي للأمانة إعداد المشروع بإذن من المؤتمر أو الفريق استنادا إلى مشاورات مع الدول الأطراف، وأنه ينبغي وضع القائمة في صيغتها النهائية والنظر فيها واعتمادها في دورة المؤتمر القادمة.
