61. Regulation 11 of the guidelines for the preparation of Project Documents states that the project workplan should provide staff travel schedules and list the activities planned, together with a schedule for their implementation.
61 - ينص البند 11 من المبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد وثائق المشاريع على أن تتضمن خطة عمل أي مشروع مواعيد سفر الموظفين وقائمة بالأنشطة المزمع القيام بها مع جدول زمني لتنفيذها.

An attempt has also been made to ensure consistency with part I of the guidelines for the preparation of national communications by Parties included in Annex I to the Convention (FCCC/SBSTA/1999/6/Add.1).
وبذل جهد أيضاً لضمان التناسق مع الجزء الأول من المبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد البلاغات الوطنية التي تقدمها الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية (FCCC/SBSTA/1999/6/Add.1).

Being aware of its decision -/CP.10 (Revision of sections of the guidelines for the preparation of the information required under Article 7, and of the guidelines for the review of information under Article 8),
وإذ يدرك مقرره -/م أ-10 (مراجعة أجزاء من المبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد المعلومات المطلوبة بموجب المادة 7، ومن المبادئ التوجيهية لاستعراض المعلومات بموجب المادة 8)،

1. Adopts the standard electronic format for reporting Kyoto Protocol units in accordance with paragraph 2 of section E of the guidelines for the preparation of the information required under Article 7 of the Kyoto Protocol (annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Article 7), attached to decision 22/CP.7);
1- يعتمد النموذج الإلكتروني الموحد للإبلاغ عن الوحدات التي يشملها نطاق بروتوكول كيوتو وفقاً للفقرة 2 من الجزء هاء من المبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد المعلومات المطلوبة بموجب المادة 7 من بروتوكول كيوتو (مرفق مشروع المقرر -/م أإ-1 (المادة 7) الملحق بالمقرر 22/م أ-7)؛

Examine application of the reporting requirements of the section I.D of the guidelines for the preparation of information required under Article 7;
(ب) النظر في تطبيق متطلبات الإبلاغ الواردة في القسم الأول - دال من المبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد المعلومات المطلوبة بموجب المادة 7؛

Adopts the standard electronic format for reporting Kyoto Protocol units and the reporting instructions as contained in the annex to this decision, in accordance with paragraph 11 of section E of the guidelines for the preparation of the information required under Article 7 of the Kyoto Protocol (annex to decision 15/CMP.1);

Check whether information is complete and submitted in accordance with section I of the guidelines for the preparation of information required under Article 7, and relevant decisions of the COP and the COP/MOP;
(أ) التحقق من أن المعلومات كاملة ومقدمة وفقا للقسم الأول من المبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد المعلومات المطلوبة بموجب المادة 7، والمقررات ذات الصلة الصادرة عن مؤتمر الأطراف ومؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو؛
