The Council affirms that relevant specialized agencies and bodies and institutions of the United Nations system, as well as other relevant intergovernmental organizations whose activities deal with human rights, play a vital role in the formulation, promotion and implementation of human rights standards, within their respective mandates.
ويؤكد المجلس أن الوكالات المتخصصة والهيئات والمؤسسات المعنية التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، وغيرها من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية ذات الصلة التي تعنى أنشطتها بحقوق اﻹنسان، تؤدي دورا هاما في صياغة وتعزيز وتنفيذ معايير حقوق اﻹنسان في نطاق ولاياتها المختلفة.

In that context, existing regional and subregional entities within and outside the United Nations system, such as the regional commissions, regional development banks as well as other relevant intergovernmental organizations, should be more effectively utilized.
وفي هذا السياق، فإن الكيانات القائمة على الصعيدين الإقليمي ودون الإقليمي، داخل وخارج منظومة الأمم المتحدة، ومنها مثلا اللجان الإقليمية والمصارف الإنمائية الإقليمية وغيرها من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية ذات الصلة لا بد أن يتم استخدامها بصورة أكثر فعالية.

١٤ - يدعو أيضا أجهزة ومؤسسات وهيئات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، عند اضطلاعها بأنشطة متصلة بالعلم والتكنولوجيا، إلى الاستفادة بصورة كاملة من المساهمات المحتملة من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية ذات الصلة من خارج منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ومن مساهمات المنظمات غير الحكومية؛

73. Relevant bodies, agencies, funds and programmes of the United Nations system and other relevant intergovernmental organizations continue to address the issue of international migration and development by carrying out a wide range of activities within their respective mandates.
73 - وتواصل هيئات منظومة الأمم المتحدة ووكالاتها وصناديقها وبرامجها ذات الصلة وغيرها من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية ذات الصلة متابعة مسألة الهجرة الدولية والتنمية بالاضطلاع بطائفة واسعة من الأنشطة، كل في إطار ولايته.

Stresses the importance of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and other relevant intergovernmental organizations carrying out, at the request of Member States, training programmes to support the adoption of sound methods and the harmonization of indicators used for statistics on drug use, which have already been considered by the Statistical Commission, with a view to the collection and analysis of comparable data on drug abuse;
1 - يشدّد على أهمية قيام مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة وغيره من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية ذات الصلة بتنفيذ البرامج التدريبية، بناء على طلب الدول الأعضاء، من أجل دعم اتباع طرائق سليمة وتحقيق الاتساق بين المؤشرات التي تستعمل في الإحصاءات عن إساءة استعمال المخدرات والتي سبق أن نظرت فيها اللجنة الإحصائية، بغية جمع وتحليل بيانات قابلة للمقارنة عن إساءة استعمال المخدرات؛

1 - يؤكد أهمية قيام مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة وغيره من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية ذات الصلة بتنفيذ البرامج التدريبية، بناء على طلب الدول الأعضاء، من أجل دعم اتباع طرائق سليمة وتحقيق الاتساق بين المؤشرات التي تستعمل في الإحصاءات عن إساءة استعمال المخدرات والتي سبق أن نظرت فيها اللجنة الإحصائية، بغية جمع وتحليل بيانات قابلة للمقارنة عن إساءة استعمال المخدرات؛

6. Secondarily, and as needed, the Secretariat, bearing in mind the need to have balanced representation of different regions, will consult with representatives from the private sector, including representatives of Internet service providers, users of services and other relevant actors; representatives from academia, from both developed and developing countries; and representatives from relevant intergovernmental organizations.
6- وفي مرحلة ثانية، سوف تقوم الأمانة، حسب الاقتضاء، وآخذة الحاجة لإيجاد تمثيل متوازن للمناطق المختلفة في الاعتبار، باستشارة ممثلين من القطاع الخاص، بمن فيهم ممثلو مقدِّمي خدمات الإنترنت ومستخدمي الخدمات وغيرهم من الجهات الفاعلة المعنية؛ وممثلون من الأوساط الأكاديمية، من البلدان المتقدمة النمو والبلدان النامية على السواء؛ وممثلون من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية ذات الصلة.

In addition to the experts invited from different regions, the seminar was attended by observers from interested Governments, experts of the United Nations specialized agencies, funds and programmes, other relevant intergovernmental and interested non-governmental organizations.
وحضر هذه الحلقة الدراسية، إلى جانب الخبراء المدعوين من مناطق شتى، مراقبين من الحكومات المعنية، وخبراء من الوكالات المتخصصة التابعة للأمم المتحدة، والصناديق والبرامج وغيرها من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية ذات الصلة والمنظمات غير الحكومية المعنية.

3. Requests the Secretary-General to inform all Member States, relevant specialized agencies and other entities of the United Nations system and other intergovernmental organizations of the Baku Accord.
3- يطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يبلّغ جميع الدول الأعضاء ووكالات منظومة الأمم المتحدة المتخصصة وسائر هيئاتها المعنية وغيرها من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية ذات الصلة باتفاق باكو.
