5 - يكرر إدانته القاطعة لجميع أعمال العنف المرتكبة ضد المدنيين، بمن فيهم النساء والأطفال والمشردون داخليا والرعايا الأجانب، وغير ذلك من انتهاكات وتجاوزات حقوق الإنسان، وبخاصة حالات الاختفاء القسري وعمليات القتل خارج نطاق القضاء وقتل الأطفال وتشويههم والاغتصاب وغير ذلك من أشكال العنف الجنسي؛

39. Civil society organizations and AIHRC continue to document human rights violations and abuses committed during the conflict, in the hope that their data will be used to establish accountability for past violations.
39- وتواصل منظمات المجتمع المدني واللجنة الأفغانية المستقلة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان توثيق ما ارتكب خلال النزاع من انتهاكات وتجاوزات في مجال حقوق الإنسان، على أمل استعمال تلك البيانات في تحقيق المساءلة عن الانتهاكات السابقة.

5. Reiterates its firm condemnation of all violence committed against civilians, including women, children, internally displaced persons and foreign nationals, and other violations and abuses of human rights, in particular enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, killing and maiming of children and rapes and other forms of sexual violence;
5 - يكرر إدانته الحازمة لجميع أعمال العنف المرتكبة ضد المدنيين، بمن فيهم النساء والأطفال والمشردين داخلياً والرعايا الأجانب، وغير ذلك من انتهاكات وتجاوزات حقوق الإنسان، لا سيما حالات الاختفاء القسري وعمليات القتل خارج نطاق القضاء، وقتل الأطفال وتشويههم والاغتصاب وغير ذلك من أشكال العنف الجنسي؛

18. Recognizes the importance of documenting human rights violations and abuses committed in the context of peaceful protests, and the role that can be played by national human rights institutions, civil society, including non-governmental organizations, journalists and other media workers, Internet users and human rights defenders, in this regard;
