10. Calls upon international donors and organizations and the Government of Afghanistan to adhere to their commitments made at the International Conference in Support of Afghanistan, held in Paris on 12 June 2008, and reiterates the importance of further efforts in improving aid coordination and effectiveness, including by ensuring transparency and combating corruption;
10 - يهيب بالجهات المانحة والمنظمات الدولية وحكومة أفغانستان أن تتقيد بما تعهدت به من التزامات في المؤتمر الدولي لدعم أفغانستان، المعقود في باريس في 12 حزيران/يونيه 2008، ويؤكد من جديد أهمية مواصلة بذل الجهود من أجل تحسين تنسيق المعونة وفعاليتها، بوسائل منها كفالة الشفافية ومكافحة الفساد؛

59. States Parties reiterated the value of continuing discussions on strengthening Article VII, and taking into consideration lessons learned from combatting infectious disease, such as Ebola.
59- وأكدت الدول الأطراف من جديد أهمية مواصلة المناقشات المتعلقة بتعزيز المادة السابعة، وأخذ الدروس المستخلصة من مكافحة الأمراض المعدية، مثل إيبولا، في الاعتبار.

40. Recognizing the importance of thoroughly and effectively reviewing science and technology developments relevant to the Convention, of keeping pace with rapid changes in a wide range of fields, and in exploring opportunities for enhanced cooperation and sharing of technology identified by such reviews, States Parties reiterated the value of continuing to consider, in future meetings, possible ways of further strengthening scientific review.
40- وإقراراً بأهمية استعراض التطورات العلمية والتكنولوجية ذات الصلة بالاتفاقية استعراضاً دقيقاً وفعالاً، ومواكبة التغيرات السريعة في طائفة واسعة من الميادين، واستكشاف فرص تعزيز التعاون وتقاسم التكنولوجيا التي يحددها استعراض من ذلك القبيل، أكدت الدول الأطراف من جديد أهمية مواصلة النظر، في اجتماعات مقبلة، في الأساليب التي يمكن بها زيادة تعزيز الاستعراض العلمي.

15 - يهيب بالجهات المانحة الدولية والمنظمات الدولية وحكومة أفغانستان أن تتقيد بما قطعته على نفسها من التزامات في مؤتمر كابل وفي المؤتمرات الدولية السابقة، ويؤكد من جديد أهمية مواصلة الجهود لتحسين تنسيق المعونة وفعاليتها، وذلك بوسائل منها كفالة الشفافية ومكافحة الفساد؛ وتعزيز قدرة حكومة أفغانستان على تنسيق المعونة؛

30. States Parties reiterated the value of continuing discussion on measures to strengthen national implementation of the Convention, including in light of various proposals made by States Parties.
30- وأكدت الدول الأطراف من جديد أهمية مواصلة النقاش المتعلق بتدابير تعزيز تنفيذ الاتفاقية على الصعيد الوطني، بما في ذلك في ضوء مختلف الاقتراحات التي تقدمها الدول الأطراف.
