وإذ تؤكد من جديد حق جميع الدول غير القابل للتصرف في الحصول على الطاقة النووية وتطويرها للاستخدام في الأغراض السلمية،

The Government of Ethiopia is of the view that the aforementioned paragraph should have been included in the resolution, as it reaffirms the sovereign right of all States to their own resources, which is consistent with the Charter of the United Nations and the principles of international law.
وترى حكومة إثيوبيا أنه كان ينبغي إدراج الفقرة المذكورة أعلاه في القرار، لأنها تؤكد من جديد حق جميع الدول في السيادة على مواردها الذاتية، وهو ما يتسق مع ميثاق الأمم المتحدة ومبادئ القانون الدولي.

9. States parties reaffirmed the inalienable right of all States to develop the research, production and use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes without discrimination, in conformity with articles I, II and III of the Treaty.
9 - وأكدت الدول الأطراف من جديد حق جميع الدول غير القابل للتصرف في إنماء بحث وإنتاج واستخدام الطاقة النووية للأغراض السلمية دون أي تمييز وذلك وفقا للمواد الأولى والثانية والثالثة من المعاهدة.

The inalienable right of all States parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons to engage in research, production and use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes without discrimination must be reaffirmed by all nuclear and non-nuclear States parties alike.
● على جميع الدول الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية وغير الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية على حد سواء أن تؤكد من جديد حق جميع الدول اﻷطراف في معاهدة عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية غير القابل للتصرف في إجراء بحوث بشأن الطاقة النووية وفي إنتاجها واستخدامها في اﻷغراض السلمية دون تمييز.

We reaffirm the inalienable right of all States to develop, carry out research into, produce and use nuclear energy for peaceful purposes without any kind of discrimination. We therefore underscore the role played by the International Atomic Energy Agency in verifying that nuclear energy is used exclusively for peaceful purposes.
ونؤكد من جديد حق جميع الدول غير القابل للتصرف في تطوير الطاقة النووية وإجراء البحوث عليها وإنتاجها واستخدامها في الأغراض السلمية بدون أي نوع من أنواع التمييز ولذا، فإننا نؤكد الدور الذي تضطلع به الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية في التأكد من عدم استخدام الطاقة النووية إلا في الأغراض السلمية.

24. We reaffirm the inalienable right of all States to develop the research, production, and utilization of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes without discrimination, as well as the inviolability of nuclear facilities.
24- نؤكد من جديد حق جميع الدول غير القابل للتصرف في القيام بأبحاث وإنتاج واستخدام الطاقة النووية لأغراض سلمية بدون تمييز وكذلك في حرمة منشآتها النووية.
