“1. Reaffirms the right of all persons displaced as a result of the June 1967 and subsequent hostilities to return to their homes or former places of residence in the territories occupied by Israel since 1967;
" ١ - تؤكد من جديد حق جميع اﻷشخاص النازحين نتيجة لﻷعمال القتالية التي نشبت في حزيران/ يونيه ١٩٦٧ وما بعدها في العودة إلى ديارهم أو أماكن إقامتهم السابقة في اﻷراضي التي تحتلها إسرائيل منذ عام ١٩٦٧؛

١ - تؤكد من جديد حق جميع اﻷشخاص النازحين نتيجة لﻷعمال العدائية التي وقعت في حزيران/يونيه ١٩٦٧ وبعد ذلك في العودة الى منازلهم أو أماكن إقامتهم السابقة في اﻷراضي التي تحتلها إسرائيل منذ عام ١٩٦٧؛

(k) Reiterates the right of all persons to return to their country, and emphasizes the prime responsibility of countries of origin for establishing conditions which allow voluntary repatriation of refugees in safety and with dignity, and, in recognition of the obligation of all States to accept the return of their nationals, calls on all States to facilitate the return of their nationals who are not refugees;
)ك( تؤكد من جديد حق جميع اﻷشخاص في العودة إلى بلدانهم، وتؤكد المسؤولية الرئيسية للبلدان اﻷصلية في تهيئة الظروف التي تسمح بالعودة الطوعية للاجئين في أمان وبكرامة، واعترافاً بواجب الدول جميعها أن تقبل عودة مواطنيها، تطلب إلى كل الدول تيسير عودة مواطنيها الذين ليسوا من اللاجئين؛

(k) Reiterates the right of all persons to return to their country, and emphasizes the prime responsibility of countries of origin for establishing conditions that allow voluntary repatriation of refugees in safety and with dignity, and, in recognition of the obligation of all States to accept the return of their nationals, calls on all States to facilitate the return of their nationals who are not refugees;
)ك( تؤكد من جديد حق جميع اﻷشخاص في العودة إلى بلدانهم، وتؤكد المسؤولية الرئيسية للبلدان اﻷصلية في تهيئة الظروف التي تسمح بالعودة الطوعية للاجئين في أمان وبكرامة، واعـترافا بواجب الدول جميعها أن تقبل عودة مواطنيها، تطلب إلى كل الدول تيسير عودة مواطنيها الذين ليسوا من اللاجئين؛

(u) Reiterates the right of all persons to return to their countries and the responsibility of all States to accept and facilitate the return and reintegration of their nationals, and recommends to States that strategies for facilitating the return, in safety and with dignity, of persons not in need of international protection be examined within a framework of international cooperation;
)ش( تؤكد من جديد حق جميع اﻷشخاص في العودة إلى بلدانهم ومسؤولية جميع الدول عن قبول وتيسير عودة مواطنيها وإعادة إدماجهم، وتوصي الدول بالنظر، في إطار تعاون دولي، في الاستراتيجيات لتيسير عودة اﻷشخاص الذين ليسوا في حاجة إلى حماية دولية في أمان وبكرامة؛

Expresses its complete support for the victims of those violations, reaffirms the right of all persons to return to their homes in safety and dignity, considers invalid all acts made under duress affecting ownership of property and other related questions, recognizes the right of victims of ethnic cleansing to receive just reparation for their losses, and urges all parties to fulfil their agreements to this end;
١٣ - تعرب عن مساندتها الكاملة لضحايا تلك الانتهاكات، وتؤكد من جديد حق جميع اﻷشخاص في العودة إلى ديارهم بسلامة وكرامة، وتعتبر جميع اﻹجراءات المتخذة في ظل اﻹكراه والتي تمس ملكية الممتلكات وغيرها من المسائل ذات الصلة إجراءات باطلة، وتعترف بحق ضحايا التطهير اﻹثني في الحصول على تعويض منصف عما لحق بهم من أضرار، وتحث جميع اﻷطراف على الوفاء باتفاقاتها تحقيقا لهذا الغرض؛
