وغني عن القول إن دعوة حارة موجهة بالطبع إلى الدول اﻷطراف في " اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معينة " والدول المشتركة في مؤتمر نزع السلاح من أجل الاشتراك في هذه الحلقة الدراسية عن طريق إيفاد اثنين من خبرائها.
