In its resolution 68/190, entitled " Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners " , the General Assembly decided to extend the mandate of the Expert Group on the Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners and requested the Secretary-General to ensure that the required services and support were provided for that purpose.

The Committee urges the State party to develop a poverty eradication strategy that gives priority attention to rural and indigenous women by allocating budgetary funding; and to take adequate measures to ascertain their situation with a view to formulating specific policies and programmes that will be effective in improving their socioeconomic situation, and ensure they receive the services and support that they need.
تناشد اللجنة الدولة الطرف أن تضع استراتيجية للقضاء على الفقر، تولي الاهتمام، على سبيل الأولوية، للمرأة الريفية ونساء الشعوب الأصلية مع تخصيص الموارد من الميزانية، واتخاذ التدابير الملائمة للتعرف على حالتهن، بغية صياغة السياسات والبرامج المحددة والفعالة التي تؤدي إلى تحسين وضعهن الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، وضمان حصولهن على ما يلزم من خدمات ودعم.

The Committee urges the State party to develop a poverty eradication strategy that gives priority attention to rural and indigenous women through the allocation of budgetary resources, and to take appropriate measures to inform itself about their situation with a view to formulating effective specific programmes and policies to improve their socio-economic situation and ensure that they receive the services and support they need.
262 - واللجنة تحث الدولة الطرف على أن تضع استراتيجية للقضاء على الفقر تهتم على سبيل الأولوية بالمرأة الريفية والمرأة من نساء السكان الأصليين بأن تخصص لهما موارد في الميزانية وتتخذ التدابير المناسبة لتشخيص حالتهما بغية صياغة سياسات وبرامج فعالة تعنى بهما خصيصا، وتحسن أوضاعهما الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وتكفل لهما تلقي ما يحتاجان إليه من خدمات ودعم.
