An alien may be transferred from one foreign State through the territory of the Republic of Lithuania to another foreign State pursuant to an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Lithuania or pursuant to EU legislation, if proof is provided that he has the right to enter the foreign State and the data about the necessity of the transit through the territory of the Republic of Lithuania is presented.
يجوز نقل أجنبي من دولة أجنبية عبر أراضي جمهورية ليتوانيا إلى دولة أجنبية أخرى بموجب معاهدة دولية صدقت عليها جمهورية ليتوانيا أو عملا بتشريعات الاتحاد الأوروبي، شريطة تقديم دليل يثبت حقه في دخول الدولة الأجنبية والبيانات التي تثبت ضرورة المرور عبر أراضي جمهورية ليتوانيا.

Law 302/2004 defines the persons subject to extradition upon request from a foreign State as those who are in Romanian territory and are under criminal prosecution or brought to justice for the commission of an offence, or who are wanted for serving a penalty or a preventive measure in the requesting State.
ويعرّف القانون رقم 302/2004 الأشخاص الذين يُمكن تسليمهم بناءً على طلب من دولة أجنبية بأنهم الموجودون على الأراضي الرومانية والخاضعون لملاحقة جنائية أو الذين يمتثلون أمام المحكمة بسب ارتكاب جريمة، أو الذين هم مطلوبون لقضاء مدة عقوبة أو لتنفيذ تدبير وقائي في الدولة الطالبة.

1. Individuals extradited by a foreign State cannot be held criminally liable, punished or handed over to a third State for any crime other than that for which they were extradited without the consent of the State from which extradition took place.
1 - لا يمكن اعتبار أفراد مسلّمين من دولة أجنبية مسؤولين جنائيا أو معاقبتهم أو تسليمهم إلى دولة ثالثة لأي جريمة أخرى غير تلك التي سلموا من أجلها، دون موافقة الدولة التي تم فيها التسليم.

The smuggling of persons from Kazakhstan or their transportation across the Republic from one foreign State to another for the purposes of exploiting them sexually or otherwise was now punishable by imprisonment for 15 years (art. 128).
