The UN Act 2001 empowers the Minister to make regulations, violation of which is an offence under Section 5 of the Act.

Article 43 of that Code states that " the child is affiliated to its father if it is born in the 10 months following the date of separation or death " .

Any person aggrieved by such order made by the High Court in any petition filed under section 7 of this Act, shall have a right of appeal to the Supreme Court against such order.
ومن حق أي شخص متضرر بأمر صادر عن المحكمة العليا في أي شكوى مقدمة بموجب المادة 7 من ذلك القانون أن يستأنف ذلك الأمر أمام محكمة التمييز.

3. Furthermore, in accordance with article 1 of the aforesaid Act, foreign legislation which seeks to have extraterritorial legal effects through the imposition of an economic embargo or limits on investment in a given country in order to elicit a change in the form of government of a country or affect its right to self-determination shall also be utterly inapplicable and devoid of legal effect.
٣ - كذلك، فإن المادة ١ من ذلك القانون تقضي بعدم السريان - وانعدام اﻷثر القانوني - للقوانين اﻷجنبية التي تحدث آثارا تتجاوز الحدود اﻹقليمية عن طريق فرض حصار اقتصادي وتقليص الاستثمارات في بلد ما بهدف إحداث تغيير في شكل حكومة بلد ما أو للنيل من حقه في حرية تقرير المصير.
