Under the guidance of the Chairperson of the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Working Committee, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Home Affairs, 10 task forces, each comprising officials from the Myanmar Police Force, the Department of Immigration and National Registration and the Social Welfare Department, conducted field investigations and found out that 38 cases were old cases, 135 cases were unreal and only two cases were true.
وبتوجيهات من رئيسة اللجنة العاملة لمناهضة الاتجار بالأشخاص، ونائب وزير الشؤون الداخلية، و 10 فرق عاملة كل منها يضم موظفين من قوة الشرطة في ميانمار وإدارة الهجرة والتسجيل القومي وإدارة الرعاية الاجتماعية بإجراء تحقيقات ميدانية ووجدت أن الـ 38 حالة هي قضايا قديمة و 135 حالة غير حقيقية وهناك حالتان حقيقيتان فقط.
